Early warning flood detector adopting camera by Sobel Canny edge detection algorithm method

چکیده

Early warning of floods is an essential part disaster management. Various automatic detectors have been developed in flood mitigation, including cameras. But reliability and accuracy not improved. Besides, the use monitoring devices has employed to monitor water levels various building facilities. The early detector was carried out with a sensor camera using orange ball that floats near level gauge bounding box. This approach uses integration computer vision image processing, namely digital processing techniques, Sobel Canny edge detection (SCED) algorithms detect quickly accurately real-time. After measured, process based on specified level. According results experiments laboratory, it shown proposed can objects fast from experiment, good were obtained. Therefore, object system be used as efficient accurate for disasters.
